Day one.
Weighed myself this morning and took measurements last night!
A painful but essential part of what I am trying to do...
You see my weight has been an issue for me for about 16 years, children, work and life as a busy working mum got in the way, or I let it get in the way! I have lost and gained weight around having my children and beyond and most recently I have let myself to my heaviest "non-pregnant" weight of all!
Don't get me wrong, it hasn't just appeared, it has crept on and I watched and did nothing about it! However, my "lightbulb" moment came on the weekend and something has just clicked and I WANT to do this, which is the only way I'm going to make sure today is the last day of my old life and tomorrow my journey to a Healthier, fitter and leaner life starts!
I am enlisting the assistance of Jess Wilson who is,an amazing, motivating and refreshing girl! I will attend her fitness boot camps and 1-1 training,! I will continue to walk JJ my dog 1-2 times a day and I am going to attend "Parkrun" on Saturdays wherever possible.
I have also decided to use protein shakes to replace two meals fir at least the 1st month and possibly beyond....not everyone's cup of tea but it's my choice to kick start my weight management!
So here are the dreaded scores on the doors!
WEIGHT: 14st 8lbs!!!
BODY FAT:46%
HEIGHT: 5ft 1in
CHEST: 39 inches
BUST: 44in inches
WAIST: 42 inches !!!!
HIPS: 48 inches
LEFT THIGH: 24 inches
RIGHT THIGH: 24 inches
